- Private Storage: After submission, we securely transfer your video to our enterprise-grade platform (Microsoft Stream) with advanced encryption and strict privacy controls (e.g., GDPR-aligned).
- Restricted Access: Only authorized employers, recruiters and hiring managers can view your video via secure logins.
- Controlled Sharing: Your video is shared only with the hiring team, and access can be audited to ensure appropriate use.
- Data Protection: You may request deletion at any time. We also remove videos after the hiring process or a set retention period, in line with our policy.
